Liver Care contains a milk thistle extract along with a full complex of B vitamins and alpha lipoic acid to help promote normal liver function. The active bioflavonoid complex in milk thistle, silymarin, increases the uptake of hepatic glutathione and stimulates hepatocyte protein synthesis. The milk thistle used in these formulas has been standardised to contain 80% silymarin and 30% silybinin.

Indications-

• Acute and chronic inflammation of the liver and biliary ducts

• Other soft tissue internal organ inflammation i.e. pancreatitis

• Liver damage from toxins, exogenous or endogenous in origin

• May help control hepatotoxic side effects of other medications
